How long will my order take to ship?
i typically ship all orders within 2-3 weeks, unless your order contains a pre-order item and items need to be made for the order such as patches or keychains it could take 3-4 weeks. Please note that during peak holiday seasons, processing times may be longer.
Important: Once your order has left my hands, i cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or stolen during transit. These orders will not be refunded or replaced.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, i offer international shipping to most locations. Please note that international orders usually take between 7-21 days to arrive, but can sometimes take longer depending on your destination and carrier. Tracking information may be provided, but once the package reaches your country, tracking may be limited or unreliable as it is handed over to the local postal service.
All international orders are subject to customs and duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are determined by the destination country and are not included in the shipping costs.
Can I update my address after placing my order?
If you notice an error with your shipping address after placing your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to update your address before your order ships, we cannot guarantee that the change will be made in time.
My order was returned to sender. What can be done?
If your package is returned to me due to a delivery issue, i will contact you via email to arrange for re-shipping. If you want the package sent to a new address, we will send you an invoice for the additional shipping costs. If you decide not to have it re-shipped, or if i do not hear back from you within 5 business days, i will issue a refund for the order (excluding the original shipping fees).
My order was lost in transit. Can you help?
Once your order is with the carrier, is am unable to take responsibility for any lost or missing packages. Unfortunately, i cannot offer refunds or replacements for lost items. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to your local post office for assistance.
